Columbus Road
This project was split into 2 areas. First, we constructed a detached garage which had to match the existing home's architectural style, including brick, windows, trim, roofing and timber accents. This new garage serves as a multi-purpose space, creating both entertainment and utility areas with a custom built-in indoor / outdoor dog kennel. Shortly after completing the new garage, we remodeled their entire basement, that was not finished during the original home construction. The result is an 1,800 SF expansion of living and entertainment space used to host large gatherings.

Safe Room
Inside a cast-in-place concrete vault, we installed a safe door and trimmed out the inside with ambrosia maple ship lap and black walnut shelves and countertops.
