Isenhour Avenue

Starting as a simple 1,100 SF 1950s mill house, this home was reimagined and completely transformed in to a 2-story multi-generational compound sprawling out to 3,200 SF. This house was stripped down to its core, preserving only the original foundation, the exterior walls and part of the roof. We redesigned the entire layout, including a 2 story addition and utilization of the existing basement. The roof line was completely changed and new house is unrecognizable from its original form. From the start of demo to move-in was only 18 weeks.
